Refund Policy

1. General Context

At CH Mobile & Institute, we strive to maintain complete transparency. Because we deal in highly specialized technical knowledge, delicate electronic components, and extensive labor, our refund policies are strict but fair.

2. Educational Courses & Institute Fees

Admission fees, tuition fees, and laboratory access fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once the candidate has attended the first three (3) days of the course batch.

  • If a candidate withdraws before the batch officially starts, a 70% refund of the tuition fee may be processed (admission fee non-refundable).
  • We reserve the right to expel students without refund if they violate safety protocols, cause intentional lab damage, or behave unprofessionally.

3. Technical Repair Services

Diagnosis fees (if explicitly stated at the time of ticket creation) are non-refundable.

  • No Fix, No Fee: For logic board repairs, we generally operate on a "No Fix, No Fee" basis. If we cannot repair your device, you are only liable for the base diagnostic/disassembly fee (if applicable), and no repair costs will be charged.
  • Post-Repair Refund: If a repaired device fails under our warranty period with the exact same fault, we will first attempt to rework the device. If it remains unrepairable, we will issue a partial or full refund of the repair cost (excluding parts cost if parts are not salvageable).

4. Engineering Store & Physical Parts

Hardware parts (Screens, ICs, Batteries) are rigorously tested. They are only eligible for return/refund if:

  • The internal CH Mobile stamp/seal is entirely intact.
  • The protective films have not been removed.
  • The item shows no signs of incorrect soldering, mechanical stress, flex tearing, or physical damage caused by the buyer.

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be made by bringing the receipt and the device/product directly to our front desk, or contacting us via WhatsApp for online store orders:
